These groups are a means of bringing Rock Creek members and attenders together in a casual atmosphere in order to get acquainted and build relationships, to help people feel more comfortable in our Church family, and to encourage them to get involved in other ministries in the church.  Food and fun are the primary prerequisites for the meetings.

The groups meet monthly throughout the year in homes, restaurants, parks, etc. Groups are kicked off in January with a Burger Bash at the church. Group size is 16-18 people.

Rock Creek Riders are a group of motorcycle enthusiasts that ride together for the purpose of Christian fellowship on organized rides to various locations around the state and area.  Rides usually occur during good weather months and sometimes involve supporting a worthy cause.  Both men and women are welcome to ride with us.

Men’s, Women’s, and Co-Ed Softball

Rock Creek offers an opportunity to play slow pitch softball during the spring and early summer on men’s or women’s teams.  Team members must be regular attenders of The Church at Rock Creek.  Sign up for spring/summer or Co-Ed teams occurs in February and March.  We intentionally keep team rosters to a maximum of 15 players so that everyone gets ample playing time.  In the fall we play Co-Ed softball and usually have two teams.  Sign up for fall co-ed teams begins in August.

Teams play in area church leagues or in city leagues.  Participants will provide their own glove and shoes.  In addition there is an individual fee assessed to pay for the team jersey and defray league fees for umpires, etc.
